WHY REGISTER?

Build a direct relationship with the freight desk

We want a smaller panel of reliable operators whose fleet, lanes and documentation we understand—not an anonymous list of email addresses.

1

Tell us your strengths

Vehicle types, operating base, regular destinations, return areas and specialist equipment help us send fewer but more relevant opportunities.

2

We verify the basics

Carrier approval records business details, operator licence information and relevant insurance details before live work is allocated.

3

Build performance history

The Control Tower records completed jobs, service issues, preferred lanes and document expiry dates so good operators become easier to reuse.

CARRIER APPLICATION

Join the approved carrier network

Complete the form once. Your application is sent directly into the Control Tower for review rather than disappearing into an inbox.

  • Standard National or Standard International authority as appropriate
  • Relevant motor and Goods in Transit insurance
  • Clear fleet and operating-area information
  • Agreement to no onward subcontracting without prior written authority
  • Professional communication and POD return
No load guarantee: approval gives JS Freight permission to consider your business for suitable opportunities. It does not create exclusivity, minimum volume or an employment relationship.
Submitting an application does not guarantee work or approved status. JS Freight Solutions may request supporting documents before allocating any movement.
CARRIER FAQ

What we need from operators

Who can apply?

Professional UK haulage operators with the appropriate operating authority and insurance for the freight they undertake. Restricted licences are not suitable for carrying other people's goods for hire or reward.

Does registering guarantee work?

No. The purpose of the carrier panel is to make it easier to source suitable operators when matching loads arise. Volume will depend on customer demand, geography, vehicle type, rate and performance.

Can I pass a job to another haulier?

Not without prior written approval. Uncontrolled onward subcontracting weakens chain-of-custody and insurance control, so the carrier process is designed to prevent it.

What happens when documents expire?

The Control Tower flags expiry dates and can place an operator into review or suspended status until current information is supplied.
